We have a dedicated “service desk” managed by a fully qualified technician who will ensure that any servicing & maintenance requirement is dealt with to your total satisfaction.

Regular maintenance and TLC ensures the longevity of equipment, protecting your investment, giving you peace of mind that assistance is only a phone call away and that your system is fit for purpose. During a preventative maintenance visit the whole system is fully checked over, recordings verified, software or firmware updates applied, cameras cleaned and the system optimised.

These visits also offer a chance for some additional user training if required.

Our engineers are fully conversant with the latest technological advances and happy to give suggestions or advice on these as well to ensure the installed system is still best reflecting the needs of your business.

The current Data Protection Act also details the requirement to ensure your system is “fit for purpose” and that it is a requirement to ensure it is adequately maintained

All our field service engineers are fully equipped with the latest diagnostic and test equipment, enabling them to connect to your site remotely if appropriate. They also carry a comprehensive spares package to ensure we can effectively manage the problem.   Our modern fleet of vehicles have on-board tracking systems to ensure that we know where the nearest engineers to your site are located, in order that they can be rapidly and efficiently deployed.

We also ensure our engineers are fully trained via program of continued personal development and certification to ensure the best possible level of knowledge and support can be given to our customers.
