New CCTV systems installed to enhance forecourt security.
A number of car showrooms belonging to the John Clark Motor Group have had new CCTV systems installed to enhance forecourt security.
The upgraded systems have been installed at Aberdeen Audi, Dundee Audi, Specialist Cars Volkswagen Aberdeen and Kirkcaldy, John Clark BMW Aberdeen and John Clark Tayside in Dundee. The fully functional and fixed cameras will cover strategic areas and are connected via broadband to a central monitoring point in Aberdeen that is linked to an ADPRO transmission and recording system. Movement detectors can activate the cameras and alert the operator that there is unusual activity.
“We are very pleased with the operational capability of the surveillance system,” said Ian Harrison, Group IT Manager.
